Ones of these dressings (Elasto-Gel®) possesses in yours formulation 65% of glycerin and 17,5% of distilled water offering the characteristic gel to the product. 

Another dressing the hydropolymer is associated to the calcium alginate (PolyMem with Calcium Alginate®).

- in clean wounds, in granulation phase, for the management, by the products characteristics, of low to moderately or of moderate to highly exuding wounds.

- in infected wounds, with necrosis and great amount of exudate, 
- third-degree burns.

- these products have the absorption capacity;
- no skin maceration.
