Pode, também, ser empregada em ferida cutânea aguda, a exemplo das feridas cirúrgicas pós-fasciotomia descompressiva e pós-dissecção de enxerto dermo-epidérmico de área doadora. It is indicated in the chronic wound treatment, as diabetic foot, pressure ulcers, vasculogenic injury etc. It can, also, be used in acute cutaneous wound, as surgical wounds post-fasciotomy, donor area of skin graft etc. |
The dressing must be applied on the wound, after laudering with physiological solution. It is substituted, on average, to each 24-48 hours or according to protocol. The dressing substitution can vary of case, according wound characteristics and medical experience.
