- it is an ointment hydrofílic, composed by silver sulfadiazine at 1%. 
- It can be associated to the cerio nitrate.

- silver: it checks immediate bactericide characteristics and residual bacteriostatics, it provokes proteic precipitation and it acts directly in the membrane bacterial citoplasmatic. 

- cerio nitrate: that potencialized the bactericide effect.

- burn treatment, 
- refractory chronic lesions, for example, vasculogenic ulcer.

- open wound: it is recommended every 8/8 hours;
- close wound: 12/ 12 hours.
