*In the treatment of the cutaneous wound from firearm they are important the procedures accomplished in the urgency attendance.

Abundant wash should be made with physiologic saline (0,9%) and retired solution of strange bodies.

The whole necrotic material should be surgery unbridled. 

Debridement of the necrotic material should be performed, since complex lesions, such as serious traumas and degloving, can give rise to serious losses of the soft tissue and demand complex surgical
reconstructions.

May times the fasciotomy is necessary.

In serious traumatic lesions the hyperbaric oxygentherapy has been indicated.
