Some pathology can be classified as vesicular-bubble cutaneous lesion, as epidermolise bolhosa NS penfigo folheaceo.

The distinguishing diagnosis is important. The clinical treatment of the pathology must be effected.

Such cutaneous injuries will be able to present secondary complications, as local infection.

EPIDERMOLISE BOLHOSA

Is about hereditary congenital disease, being able to present themselves of some forms and to evolve for malformations of the limbs extremities.

 

PENFICO FOLHEACEO

Also is called Wild Fire or Fire of Saint Antonio. It possesss unknown etiology and if it characterizes for vesicular--bubble eruptions.

TOPICAL TREATMENT

In the topical treatment of these lesions it can be used several products, can be used: silver sulfadiazine with cerio nitrate, enzymatic ointment (collagenase, fibrolynosin), hydrogel, linoleic acid, ricinoleic acid, bioperoxoil, Aloe vera, elicina, papain, albumin, non
adherent gauz

, calcium and
sodium alginate
etc. 

The change period will depend on the chosen product.
