*Maintaining the ideal methodology that the patient's treatment should be of holistic form, only not thinking of the lesion, but yes in him as a whole, integrating body and soul. 

We should learn how to value the psychological aspects of
the patients with wounds
as well as cultural factors, religious persons, socioeconomic and mystics in the treatment of wounds.

The self-mutilation is a trivial practice in some cultures for religious reasons, we can mention the Muslim. Some of its followers provoke deep wounds of self-flagellation during the ceremony of Ashura (Photo 1), that marks the grandson's of Mohammed martyrdom, Iman Hussein, dead during the Battle of Karbala in the year of 670 A.D. This fight happened in the plains of Karbala, close to Eufrates River, where today it is Iraq. It was originated by religious disputes to decide who would occupy the place of Mohammed before died 50 years. The movement culminated with the division of Islamism in two average Sunnite, today most, and xiita that represent 10% of about 1 billion Muslims in everybody.
