*The surgical reconstruction of the cutaneous injury has the purpose to reproduce the situation of continuity of the skin before the trauma, with functional and minimum recovery of aesthetic sequel.

When indicated, it will have to be carried through in the absence of infection signals.

As the complexity of the injury could be carried through since procedures considered simple until the those most specific ones, with the use of microsurgical techniques, such as: 
- Skin-graft Cutaneous, 
- Dermo-cutaneous limb, 
- Fascio-cutaneous limb, 
- Muscle limb, 
- Tissue expansion
- others.
